Post by: Jamesharden on October 12, 2021, 10:40:47 PM
Please opinions... I dont know the curvature degrees, i never really measure, just my opinions looking the photos... How many degrees is my curvature? Its much terrible for you opinion? I have much to worry? Or i can continue my life taking the precautions... I have normal erections, no much pain, its a disconfort when i get 100% erect...i dont know if is changing, or just the bents calcifying... i have 3 bents, 2 right side, and 1 left... if you can see on the photos... i dont lost much size, but on the bent locals, have a hole... Like a relief do you understand? Its like a fail on the ground... I can recover that? Arginine, carnitine, hiruroid cream, pentox, colchis, nothing work... and i have fear to getting worse... i have 3 fail in penis, a little holes, but works well, my girlfriend didnt notice this, i didnt telling her... I can have good sex times, but the holes on the bents, destroying my mind... Help

Hey man, if I was you I would watch 'neoman' youtube channel videos on traction therapy. I would start gentle manual traction with a device with some pentox or cialis.

That looks like a huge penis. Close to 7 inches or a little under?

Welcome Jamesharden to the forum.  The first thing you should do is to fill out your signature line --> It's hard to remember your case details out of 20,000 members. You can find instructions
here! - https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html .
Then you should download and read the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you more info regarding peyronies and it's various treatments used.

From your photos it looks like you do have some curvature.  Possibly you have a 20 degree curve. You also say that your erections are good and your pain level is very little. Yes this is disturbing to our minds and it will occupy your thoughts until you get some control over this and a game plan

You should really get an appointment with a peyronies Dr and get an ultrasound with a correct diagnosis. Then you can determine what is exactly going on.  You should also read the survival guide and try some of the things listed. You didn't mention how this happened?
Gentle traction with a device is recommended and not manual traction with your hand. The Restorex and the Penimaster Pro are the two most used here. You can try using low dose Cialis and some of the supplements to help things also.  Things take time though as this is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck  :)Mikel7

You should be careful with sex so you don't make things worse.

Yeah GaussRifle... I have a good penis size i guess... is enough for me and my girls... I have 17,5cm, but my fear is the peyronie get worse... the curvature is not changing, but the hole get worse in the oposite side of curvature... its calcifying i guess...

So far your penis is very  thick, the dent is not narrowing your penis. My penis after my trauma due to Trimix injections was just like yours, I just had a dent and a little deviation to the left where my dent is located. I freaked out, so I used the androperoynes penis traction device for 7 hours a day, 4 months later I got narrowing and unestability. Then months later I pulled my penis to the max trying to break the dent and got more narrowing. Now is been 2 years, my Erectile Dysfunction is worst than ever and my dent is deeper, the point is that traction had help some guys, but maybe for someone like me made it worse. Is up to you. Surgery? Just wait and see how your dent progress, if  it gets worse, then talk to a "specialist" and see what are your choices

Like I said before, some guys got rid of the dent with traction and VED, is up to you to take the chance, maybe work or maybe doesn't, every guy is different

To be perfectly honest with you. If all you have is the small dents and a little curvature with no progression or pain. I would not risk doing further damage with traction or VED. If you start seeing progression and the dents getting larger then possibly try it. But every single case is different. What works for some might completely mess you up even more.

I have got 3 dents, hourglassing, and narrowing. The new shape and size of my penis is something I'm not used to. I was used to seeing the same thing down there for my entire life and the last year it's something completely different and I hate it. But if it stays the way it is I can learn to live with it.

What I'm trying to say is to you your penis may look and feel different but looking at the pictures it looks fine. As long as no pain and progression I would suggest not doing VED or traction for now.

Sorry i need to ask... Im read on many subjects in this forum, and i have one question to ask!
Peyronie never stabilize?
We are in a danger forever?
I will be losing my penis on the years? One dent dont have problema, but the problem stabilize? Or every 1 2 or 3 years i will adquire more dents and plaques? I know this is not the same for every person, but, reading my case, what your opinion? Thanks

Dr Landon Trost told me that Peroynes can change anytime, that doesn't mean that would for everyone, like I said before everyone is different, there are also guys that get better with time and they are doing great. So far your penis looks great now, don't panic yet
