Title: Penimaster - huge disappointment, phallosan next?
Post by: Asphyxia on January 10, 2021, 11:27:13 AM
Penimaster slips off, the latex cap is tearing and its hard to fit the glans, Will phallosan solve these problems? Can i use the rod system from penimaster pro or do i need to get the phallosan rod system?
Im interestes in hearing opinion of phallosan or other traction device that can be used for long duration, especially from those who found penimaster disappointing

How long do you have the pmp? Keep trying before spending your money on a new one. It took me a few weeks to get this device on proper and even months for the Andropeyronie (without slipping etc.)

There are also some videos on youtube for the pmp, maybe they could help.
I hope it will work for you.

Its the 2nd or 3rd day and im almost out of those latex caps as they have been torn, il have to order new ones so im about to spend some money on that which is either 30euro delivery or free delivery above 180euro or so, im not sure if i should order that or a new device.
I also dont know if im better off spending like 180 for those latex stuff or just pay the delivery  :-\
I also have the andropeyronie, it restricts my blood and numbs my penis

Hello Asphyxia, by any chance did you buy your PMP on Amazon?  It so it might be a knockoff.  I had the exact same problem.  Almost every time I used the PMP the latex cap would rupture.  The sluice would also swell and not hold a vacuum. I contacted the manufacturer in Germany and it was determined that I had a knockoff.  Look inside the plastic lid for a serial number (white sticker).  If you do not have one that may be the problem.  I was able to return my PMP back the the Amazon seller for a full refund.  I ordered a second one from the urologyhealthstore.com.  The manufacturer in Germany stated that this was an approved reseller in the US.  This completely solved the problem with both ruptures and slippage.

Secondly I also bought a Phallosan.  It works quite the same but I found it to be very cheaply made.  There is a big difference in the quality of the rod system and springs.  It is also more difficult to attach to the penis.

As for the knockoff PMP.  The mechanical parts seemed to be identical  I believe the problem was with the knockoff lubricant included in the kit.  It was likely petroleum based causing the premature ruptures.  You may want to try new latex parts with water based lube from a pharmacy.  I had good success with water based Astroglide Gel.  I hope this helps and good luck.

Sorry to hear that it didn't work for you. I personally use the totalman rod extender, but only with the vacuum cup: https://totalmanshop.com/products/penis-extender

You might also be able to use the sleeves that come with it to replace the penimaster pro sleeves, i've heard about it but i don't own a PMP myself.

I've also heard you can use the lghanger sleeves as replacements for the PMP sleeves: https://lghangerllc.com/product/glans-cap-one-size-glans-protection-cap-blister/

But again, not sure about that.

I like the totalman rod extender because of the quality but you have to be careful because there's no easy way of telling how much tension you're applying.

The only tedious part is taping the glans every time, but once you're used to it it's really not a big deal.

Best.

I wear the totalman rod extender under my trousers. Allowing me to go to work. It did require some modifications though. Otherwise it's to big to wear under trousers.

I improved my curvature and errection quality with PMP. Can't say anything bad about the device. You need a bit more practice with the device and follow the instructions, then you won't do the mistakes again.

Stick with it man

It took me a few days to figure out exactly how to use it, which diaphragms to use, technically just by pure physics you don't actually need the inner diaphragm, but it's definitely more comfortable.

With the elastic belt, I can wear this device up to 6hrs a day....longer if I wanted.  I use the little green hose to get the glans chamber on, that hand pump never really worked for me.  I use the blue sluce and diaphragms they seem to work for me, I do not use the inner  plastic rings...those things seemed to break the diaphragm, much better experience with out them.

I buy the replacement diaphragms from   https://www.urologyhealthstore.com/product-category/men-products/peyronies-disease/  (https://www.urologyhealthstore.com/product-category/men-products/peyronies-disease/)

There is a girl there named Mandy I believe that knows EVERYTHING about the PMP if you have no problem speaking to a girl about it I'd consider her the  authority on it......

Don't get spend money on the phallosan yet, i can get the PMP on now, in about 15 secs, and it stays on for hours.....its frustrating at first, but its a great device

hope this helps

Stick with the PMP it will work if you stick with it. I also just use clear latex balloons. I posted the MOD I
use with pictures on how to do it - just search the forum.

Im still utterly dissapointed with it, i bought so many diaphragm and sluices which i thought would last me a year at least, but the diapragm explodes on my glans every single day and the sluice gets loose after 2 days, the top half of the glans is popping out so i have to apply so much suction for them to stay inside
And then when it does stay inside above the rings, the ring irritates the top of the circle of my glans
Tried every color/size of sluice and diaphragm
Tried both ring sizes aswell as mixing small and large and also tried without them.
Sometimes the glans are feeling like they itch from the inside and i have to take it off
And my penis goes numb for some reason and then i get sore.
Literally everything is wrong and i cant understand what i do wrong

Is the top half of the glans suppose to see through the sluice or should the glans be above the rings?
The weirdest thing is that i get my glans to go all the way through the rings and as soon as i apply tension half of the glans are out, so i add suction and that just causes the diaphragm to tear aswell as other problems

Did i get bad merchandise from penimaster.com
Should i get some from urologyhealthstore?
Im confused for why there are 2 stores selling the same thing different prices.

Also can you measure tension with phallosan? Or get high tension? Im just about to be ready to throw my money away instead of going mad on a daily basis, just scared i might get new problems with a new device aswell

But id like to try and make it work while i still have diaphragms and sluices

Any ideas?

You said you're doing 20/22h of traction everyday. With heating.

I guess that could be the reason for your sluices to last so little.

Imagine them as party balloons. If you manipulate them for 22h, they will explode, no matter what.

Try x days with less hours or no heating and see if they last more.

I did 20-22hours of heat a day, not traction

My mistake. So I don't know the reason. :(

This sounds very unusual. My diaphragms and sluices last for ages. Have you contacted the imedicare rep? I am sure that he will be able to advise. My UK contact details are:

How do you do that much heat per day? Don't you work/sleep?

Did you find a solution for the latex caps tearing? After every use or couple of uses my latex caps will pop.

I ended up switching for phallosan forte and then stopping,
It was too problamatic for me.

I can barely remember but i think eventually the caps teared less frequently, i think i used less gel and waited a bit after putting it on before starting traction to let it dry a little bit, also i squeezed the top of my glans to help me put it on and was careful nit to let air in, all for the sake of not letting air in while i vaccum.

Also i adjusted the size of the split adapters, the big one was too big and the small one too small, i had to use more vaccum to keep it in.

You can check the pictures of how i adjusted the split adapter in the bottom of the post in this link.
