Title: Surgery with incision and graph
Post by: Luker11 on June 05, 2022, 03:37:49 PM
Hi Guy's,
I'm 34 and the doctor diagnosed me peyronie 15 months ago. I did only xiapex with no results.
I would ask you a suggest. I need surgery cause my peyronie deasise. I had a curvature about 60ยบ and my penis is shorter and so much strict. Do you know if Gelman does incisions on the plate with grafts?
Who is better for this surgery? Gelman or Lue or someone else?
I have to go from Italy on purpose to do that.
Thank you so much

I had Plication with synthetic graft for your glassing with Christine in Feb 2020.   He's a skilled surgeon with a high degree of compassion.  All fixed

Why did you choose Christine and not Gelman?

I chose Christine because I needed a synthetic graft for hour glass as well as Plication.   At the time he was the only one that did that.   Plus closer to me.  Both are great surgeons

Thank you for sharing Benjamin62.

Could you please tell me the degree of your curve and how much length you lost?

I had today a call with Prof. Gelman. I understood he is more confident with plication then the incision with graph. What do you think about. Why do you choose graph syntetic and not swine one?

Hey Luker11.... I don't think i remember hearing much if anything bad about Dr. Gelman. You can always make a few searches online or check websites like   https://www.healthgrades.com/ (https://www.healthgrades.com/) for information on him (possibly?) and what others have to say.

As for the choice of material it is normally always up to the Doctors choice and his preference/confidence level. Here are some links you may find interesting.

I had 90 degree down turn.  I'd say I lost 3/4".  But the condition itself robs length.  So can say the surgery alone cause it.   But what good is a bent shaped penis anyway

Sorry I don't understand. How is your penis after the operation compared to before peyronie came? I need to understand better, I'm thinking to do the surgery before the end of the year.
