I've had peyronies for 10 months, no pain for the past 6 months. Then a month ago I was masturbating too much and pain started again very mild like 5 minutes out the day total when flaccid. Every one's body reacts and heals from peyronies differently. I would say to keep your masturbation less rough and any sexual activity governed by your pain level.
