Causes of Peyronies Disease / Re: Hast anyone gotten an MRI ...

As for the ultrasound, the technician would describe that in the notes you get after the exam, so it should not be too hard to find out.

Not really sure about that kink you describe. Sometimes my penis appears to be different when I am not fully erect as well. Sometimes I read posts from other members describing the same. I would say you have to keep an eye out for any progression of the disease and if it keeps getting worse you need to address it with either traction or VED.

As for the chronic pain, have you tried taking an NSAID to help?

The only supplement that I have read about is lecithin. There are no studies to prove this though. You can read about testimonials from men who claim it works on increasing  the volume of ejaculate.

So let me understand this. You have a kink and also a knick? Is the knick an indentation? Doe this go away with a full erection? Pain is an indicator that something is wrong.

Hello guys, has anyone noticed a kink before, that the penis looked knicked midway?

Last night, like some nights before, i noticed when waking up at time, the penis had a kink / bend in the middle with about 50 % errection. It looked somewhat like in the picture.

Is this problematic or would this not cause pain?

I remember that the days after my injury when this happened (years ago) the penis looked like this too for several days. Probably, when during nocturnal errections it gets pushed too hard against one side, the kink can happen. Do you agree? I guess it should NOT have a knick / kink usually! It was not a full errection but semihard. I wonder if this knick can trigger my chronic pain and how i could solve it.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply Pfract, i just came to check now.

I received a lot of ultrasounds, will need to check if they were colour duplex ultrasound.

I like to find out what is wrong with the penis, and if there is really an issue or its some where else.
I have some deformity, but not like usually in Peyronies upwards. I also have dents, but the worst part is chronic flaccid pain that comes and goes. I would really like to find the reason for the pain to be able to cure it, so i thought about doing an MRI. Or now, a colour duplex ultrasound :)

One more thing: In my most recent post i talked about a "kink" that i noticed the night before. While being about 50% errect, the penis had in the mid a kink to one side, it looked knicked. This just happened at night as i slept, and i guess it may happen more often. The next day i had pain too.

Have you heard of this before? Can this happen with penile fractures, that the tissue can now always bend to one side again at times?

I was prescribed a generic of wellbutrin for depression last month. I asked for trazodone instead because I've read from others in this forum that it also improves NTE's, but my doctor refused.

There are websites where the trazodone can be obtained without a prescription, even some for pets. How much risk, if any, doing this as long as I order the same dosage as the anti-depressant my doctor prescribed?

General Discussion About Erectile Dysfunction / Increasing ejaculate
Last post by SDP - April 10, 2024, 10:33:41 AM
The amount of my ejaculate has decreased significantly since my Peyronie's was diagnosed. I've tried various supplements over the years but none have worked.

Any suggestions for supplements that have worked?

I have a permanent injury from Restorex.  I think the traction is too strong, or at least it was for me.  Be careful with it if you use it, I'd recommend only going about 1/2 the tension they recommend for the first few sessions to see how your penis responds.

Hi Pfract.  \

Thanks for your response.  You did read that correctly, in the past 2 years as this has evolved the large hematoma that has 'healed' inside of my penis giving a large scar inside has posed issues with ejaculation.  My hypotesis is that when I'm aroused the scar becomes bigger too and pushes on the urethra partially blocking the pathway so now my cum does shot out very well anymore.  This causes no pain, it's just unsightly and not as satisfying.

When I'm not aroused the scar does not seem to block the pathway and I notice no issues with voiding nor do I notice any pain.  If I start to notice any issues with voiding and/or pain I will go back to the Urologist, but so far things are good on that front.  Thanks and God Bless.

I purchased my pump here -->Penis Pump Supplier . Now you will have to get a size close to your girth and then one larger. I started with a 1 3/4 inch,  then added a 2 inch and a 2.1/4 inch. You will aslo have to purchase a pump with a pressure gauge on it. There are several different sizes and combinations available. These are very durable as mine has lasted about 3 years now.
