Dear friends,
I have bought acetyl l carnitine and I would like to know if It can cause hypotension and if this effect can be strong, mild or weak. My tension is 110/88 and I have fears that it can go severely down which sometimes can cause me sickness. I have sometimes had a problem with some medicines or herbs and that.
(For me it is very important that you answer me because it can be a problem if I do it wrongly)
