You probably don't want to ha e a vitamin deficiency but it won't help specifically.
You have to be wary of a nonspecific "vitamin E". (And possibly other vitamins)
Googling USP vitamin E turned up this
"Vitamin E is a form of alpha tocopherol (C29H50O2). It includes the following: d- or dl-alpha tocopherol (C29H50O2); d- or dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate (C31H52O3); d- or dl-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate (C33H54O5)"
But that's not at all the definition of vitamin E . You can search the forum where people have posted more about the details .

Hey Peyronie,

A lot of users have tried the supplements you've listed there. Unfortunately, most reviews indicate they did little to nothing for peyronies (although they may help a little with blood flow and erectile quality).

If you search through the forums you'll find that the only oral treatments which may have some benefit include:

1. Pentox
2. Tamoxifen
3. Acetyl L Carnitine

Welcome Peyronies15 to the forum! I see that you are a woman and you are welcomed here as there are some ladies involved in their mans peyronies journey.  The first thing you should do is to download and read the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you a better understanding of the different kind of treatments in regards to peyronies.  Then if you could also fill out a signature line  ->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html . This will give other members a quick glance into who you are and will encourage other members to respond to your questions.

As far as supplements go it is usually a hit or miss approach.  Some do appear to benefit some men and others not. The supplements you've listed will not do any harm but you should be aware that the "natural" form of vitamin E is what should be used.

Pentox is one of the most widely discussed form of oral treatments used and it also has it's mixed reviews.  You can search the forum and draw your own conclusion .  Also if I could get some of the other women members to chime in.  :) Mikel7
