Which one is more safer in terms of less side effects? It seems from looking extensively online, Viagra has more side effects.

There's really not a correct answer to this because everything depends on how your body reacts. In general most of them come with some side effects and some people get worse than others. For example with 10mg tadalafil I experienced back and leg pains and when I lowered it to 5 mg it felt better. With sildenafil I have read of many who have gotten side effects like stuffed nose, head aches, flushing and even in some cases blue tinted vision whereas me with 50mg got no side effects at all so again, it depends on your body.
My best advice is to try both of them and observe which of them works best and which of them you can tolerate the best and go for that option.
All those side effects are extremely rare. Cialis 5mg a day is pretty safe. Viagra gave me much worse sinus issues and migraine like headaches. You should talk to your doctor if you have concerns or other health issues.

I have been taking viagra on and off before sex for the last 1 year. Recently I have noticed the occurrence of Orgasmic headaches. Is this what you are referring to as well when you say migraine like headaches? My headaches are ponding or pulsing at the top of the head for a minute or so right during/after the release.
