Title: Overpumping gave me venous leak
Post by: Anbil on September 24, 2021, 08:07:52 PM
For a period of around a month I would pump twice a day thirty minutes each doing full erections held for 1-2 minutes.

Everything was fine initially but since 2 weeks ago I've had much softer erections and an absence of morning erections. I immediately stopped VED when I noticed this but 2 weeks later it has not improved.

I've been reading that VEDs can cause venous leak as they pull blood the opposite way a normal erection should go.

This is very sad more me and I am wondering if there is anything I can do at this point. Maybe it will improve over time.

Twice a day, thirty minutes each time, and full erections for 1-2 minutes? Wouldn't that be considered overpumping? Sounds dangerous.

Definitely take a long break.
