Title: new member need some help
Post by: joseph20 on February 19, 2014, 05:47:40 AM
my name is Joseph and i live in the gulf
my age is 27 , single,my symptoms start with pain and curve before one years and a half, i visit a doctor and i did the Ultrasound it was not very bad he told me you might be cured by time and he just give me vitamin E, i used it for 3 months and its did nothing with pain and the curve, after 4 months i went to another doctor he give me (reparil its anti-inflammation pills and gel and ambezim-g''trypsin 5mg+ chymotrypsin"") after useing the gel with only one month i get much better i used it with the tablets for one more month then i visit the doctor he checked the curve he told me you are much better now and the pain disappeared, my pines was look semi-normal  when i have an erection, i stopped using the medicines and i was have no problem when i have sex many times i was using just half pill of a medicine like Cialis its keep my penis very hard for 2 days at least, the pain comeback after 2 months after leaving the medicines, i was using the gel to stop the pain sometimes 3 times for a month
and it work not to good but after many days of using it the pain always gone,
this year before 2 weeks i tried the same medicine like Cialis, I was surprised it was not working very good maybe for the first sex and second one and after spending more days with that girl having sex it was not hard enough for many days, and for now i have the pain and the curve is not to bad looks like normal, my problem with the pain and its always not hard enough, even the size its not the same, and its really hard to get erection without lubrication with oil and not full erection
doctors in this area are not good i would love for someone to give me some medicine combinations to try if there is no dangerous side-effect, i browsed the site i saw many different opinions and I am not too good in English to understand all what written in the site, but i have hope there is a lot of ways in this site i never tried it
With Regards
Joseph

Dear Joseph;
I am so sorry about all happened; you are here among friend who suffer common pain.
first if you have pain in erection it means you are in active phase and it is good news for you, did you do any ultrasound to recognize are there any plaques or not. the key aspect in Peyronies Disease is calcification of plaques, if you have plaques you should use calcium channel blockers to avoid plaque calcification.
I my opinion you should stop having sex especially if you are in active phase, every sex means risk of new injury that could make your problem worse, about VED I think do not be in rush for using it, in some theories arteriole injury is the trigger of Peyronies Disease so, VED can deteriorate it if your plaque is not stable. you can use it when you are stable, it should be noted that VED do not cure anything just helps to give some size back our get an erection.
I always have this word of "James" in mind : "It is a marathon not a sprint"

Thanks Memo for your words..

yes, i did the ultra-sound in 05/06/2012 and the result is (( there are corporal fibrosis detected in both corpora cavernosa more evident on right side))
the is no evidence of any arteriogenic insufficiency, no evidence of venous leak with normal veno-occlusive mechanism, there is association of bilateral epididymitis without varicocele .

that was written in the ultra-sound report, and i have No pain in erection i just have pain when there is no erection most of the time and not a killer pain sometimes i could ignore it but its annoying and continuous . and i use Reparil-gel (anti-swelling, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving) this the only medicine i use 2 times every day, is that means that my Peyronies Disease is stable now?
do i have to do ultra-sound again or just start with the oral medicines?
and i didn't notice difference in length too much but its obvious with the pines thickness its slimmer than before

Joseph

Low dose Cialis should be taken daily, together with Pentox it may help softening the plaques.
I f you have ED, take 5 mg before bad, if no ED, take 2.5 mg. This what I am doing.

Thanks James! your comment is helpful,
does anyone know what that means to have just a pain when i have no erection in the normal time ? and when i have a erection the pain is less and sometimes no pain with erection.
and is that ok to have sex or i have to stop ?

I will say that stop sex just if the pain is really bad.
Sex is good for health of the penis.

today is the 8th day using pentox 3 times-400mg and 2.5 Cialis +Q10: (30mg with magnesium 150mg)
i feel much better with erection its perfect, but i start to feel a pain in my heart 4 days ago its just a light pain stayin most of the time, i don't know the reason. did that happens with anyone before ? could pentox be the reason ?

i went to a new urologist yesterday i said i need a doctor to ask him about the medicines and the reason of how i feel now, i show him my ultrasound report in 05/06/2012 : (( there are corporal fibrosis detected in both corpora cavernosa more evident on right side))
he told me i need to check you first before discussing anything, he checked my penis with his hands, he told me you have no plaques and no fibrosis and that means you have no peyronie disease!
i told him i have pain from time to time and i have a little swerve in the penis to the left and i feel lose in girth, he told me no plaques means no peyronie its always be like a stone in the penis its very different! i told him what about the ultra-sound he told me i believe what i just saw
and he ask me about prostate inflammation taste he told it might be the reason of all you have and i have some problems urinate.
i told him about the pain in my heart he told the amounts of medicines i take everyday have nothing to do with your heart..
do i have to have a curve and plaques to be infected with Peyronies Disease?
any advise about what the doctor said i feel i don't trust him ?? i planing to check the hospital to check my heart by ultra-sound maybe ?

It sounds so strange how his hand examination could be more accurate than ultrasound???
can you feel something fibrous when you test your penis?

not in specific area sometimes i feel fibrous like when you go to a cold tub your penis get smaller and harder, but nothing like he said hard as a stone!
is there a different in the meaning between the fibrosis and plaques ?

joseph20:

Sounds like your uro/doc does not have much experience with Peyronies Disease symptoms. I would suggest that try your best to seek out another uro who specializes in Peyronies Disease and has experience with it. This may mean that you have to travel to a nearby city to find a good one.

Post on the main forum that you need to find a good Peyronies Disease specialist near you and someone will give you a recommendation. There is also a list of specialized uros in a thread on the main forum. James1947 is good source of these doctors, so ask him.

Sorry, but I am not a doctor and cannot suggest any advice other than finding a doctor well versed in Peyronies Disease therapy.

Joseph

You need to go to a cardiologist to check your hearth.
Do it sooner than later.

thank you guys for the replay.

i get the best results when i used pentox with cialis for a week, but i couldn't continue
i went to the doctor for checking my heart he told me you just need to do ECG, i did it and it was normal but the pain in the heart area didn't gone until i stopped pentox , maybe i need to do ultra sound for my heart while i'm using pentox
i stopped the medicines until visiting another doctor
