I'm still not sure if I have peyriones or just freaking myself out. I plan on getting an appointment with a urologist if it doesn't go away within a month, I'm just not sure the urologist here will know much about peyriones (smallish city). The only thing that is bothering me is my hard flaccid penis that appeared yesterday & hasn't returned to normal since, it feels like there's a dull ache & I can feel pressure in my penis & anus region. What can I do to help hard flaccid penis go away? I can live with a hard bump since it isn't painful.

I keep reading about guys taking an 'ejaculation-vacation' for a couple of weeks to get rid of the hard-flaccid symptom. I've not tried it myself as I have been lucky enough to never experience such symptoms unless I jump into an icy plunge-pool! But plenty of guys have had some success. Have a read up about it and see what you think.
Ditto on what James said about not waiting for a month. The sooner you can get the ball rolling the sooner you can start treatment if it is indeed necessary.
Welsh, i also have a "hard flaccid" could you explain the logic behind people recommending an ejaculation vacation? Is it just one of those "can't hurt to try things" or is there actual science behind what a hard flaccid is and why abstaining could be helpful?
There are plenty of posts on hard flaccid here already. In my case stopping all sexual activity for two weeks got rid of it. If I overdo it now sometimes it returns. I think it is a dangerous state to keep the prnis in, making finrosis more likely due to hypoxia.
