anyone have a hard time sleeping because there penis is always cold and numb?
I wouldn't say I have trouble because of it but I can sympathise with a cold penis. In my case I assume it is a blood flow issue as I'm rather 'tight' and my glands are often paler than you'd expect.
You could try heat pads perhaps?
Never had that issue, my hard flaccid tended to ease off when I got in bed. But one thing that helped during the day, was ginger tea made with fresh ginger and nothing else (definitely no sugar). That might be something to tryt before bed.
