In short, last week my penis was curved to the right all of a sudden when erected.
I now went down the rabbit hole of google, seeing my dr etc.
They tell me to wait it out for a bit but after research online people say don't leave it and take action.
I was considering using some prescribed cialis 5mg and traction (light/gentle) for now. It seems effective to a lot of people online.

I think it is people with unfrequent nocturnal erections that benefit the most from Tadalafil. In this case Tadalafil can restart the nighttime training program for the penis and significantly increase blood flow. If you have good nocturnal erections even without pde5 inhibitors the use of Tadalafil might not add a lot of value though it is said to work as an anti inflammatory drug in all patients.

What is the noticable effect? As you are sleeping do you just wake up and things are looking better? Less curve? More girth?
