68 years of age, Peyronies diagnosed 18 months ago by Urologist who offered no treatment. No recollection of an injury but had a cystoscopy a few months previous.

Now have downward hinge and ED.

Using Penimaster pro and Tadalafil 5mg daily.

Hey Davvepiso - welcome.

How are you finding the PMP so far? Looking to get something similar.

Still using the Penimaster Pro with rods but find my glands don't fit into the bowl very well. Just be aware that the replacement diaphragms and sluices are very expensive and don't last very long.

Welcome Davvepiso to the forum. The first thing you should do is to go and fill out your signature line -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,10819.0.html . This gives other members an instant insight into your situation and you will get a better response to your posts.  Then if you haven't done it already is to download and read our survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This is a comprehensive guide about peyronies treatments and outcomes.

Using the PMP can be tricky and yes the consumable parts are $$.  I've posted some mods regarding the PMP and using regular latex balloons -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,14580.msg136422.html#msg136422 . Also if you are having difficulty with the chambers holding power you should try and use the adapters.  They will provide greater stability in keeping the suction.

Using Tadalafil will help as using traction also. You should try and find another Dr if possible. Not a lot of urologists have any expertise with peyronies. Also how are you doing mentally regarding al of this? You sefinitely have found the right forum for help and support.  We have the two most awesome Dr's here who provide answers to some our members questions. It's good to have you here :)  Mikel7
