Title: Correct posture / Anterior pelvic tilt
Post by: livinghell on July 16, 2018, 04:50:35 PM
Hi guys. I'm back again. Been struggling with some tough depression but erection wise I feel that I'm much better off than before I found this site. Anyways I found something that I believe has helped me with not only my posture but blood flow in my groin area. https://youtu.be/K-CrEi0ymMg (How to fix anterior pelvic tilt) and https://youtu.be/DWmGArQBtFI (how to fix low back pain). The guys name is Jeff who runs Athlean-X and  he uploaded some great exercises on YouTube. I tried the anterior pelvic tilt one in the lunge position and it's worked wonders for me. It feels like my posture is a lot better. There is better blood flow in my groin area such as a bigger flaccid. It is my belief such as Jeff has eluded to that there are weak muscles in our body and our body compensates for it and gives us terrible posture. Our body is not meant to be that way and it can also obstruct and decrease blood flow because of tight muscles. Trust me and try the lunge exercise with a comfortable weight and you will notice that your pelvis will line up better with your spine and not have that arch in your lower back as much. Best of luck all!
