Title: In your opinion which is/what are the most safe sexual positions?
Post by: giancolo on January 23, 2024, 04:26:15 AM
Hi guys,
I ask you which is/are the most safe sexual positions which minimize any trauma of the penis for peyronie? I know that doggy style, or the positions where girl is over and we are under are very dangerous, but as much thorough as possible, which sexual positions would you advice to avoid penile fracture or any minimal trauma to penis? Thank you very much

I would first say that you need to have a hard erection not a semi one. A man on top position gives you more control. Also make sure things are lubed up very well and no marathon jack hammering. I'm sure you could experiment with other variations but just remember that a soft penis is where you run into danger of something happening.

I'm not an expert in this field yet but missionary position seems the safest... Doggy style can be fine if both parties are not explosive.

Wife and I have settled into a position where she is on her back, and I am on my side. It provides the best control for me, and I have easy access to also stimulate her with my hand if she needs. We both can control our timing this way.

I have seen this referred to as the scissors position. I've also seen 'scissors' used for other positions as well so not sure what is correct reference.

The scissor position is a very relaxed way to have sex - I concur!

Well not sure how much worth my word has as I have not had sex since 2021 and back then my erections were much more stable as my dent had not really fully developed yet but I would say the ''prone bone'' position is a safe one, at least it felt relatively safe for me. She lies on her stomach and you enter, you have control and you can take it easy.

I would say by far the worst position is with the girl on top. This is a recipe for disaster if you have Peyronies if she is agressive you could even end up with fracture if unlucky. Probably the safest positions is where you are the one in control but even then always try to remain careful.

This is probably where the majority of all fractures occur. I am wondering if there is data to show this?
