my name is Matteo, am 26 years old from Italy but living in London.
i been diagnosed peyronie disease in september 2017.
I went to a private clinic in London where i been visited by Dr.Garaffa who told me to wait intil my acute phase was gone i did not have any curvature at that time butthe pain was a proper nighmare. I waited, and 5 months later i started to gain curvature up to 45 degrees, went back to the clinic where i asked to talk to someone else cause i did not agree with the waiting strategy of Dr.Garaffa. The clinic booked me a visit with Dr.Amr Raheem who decided to start straight away with the first Xiapex injection prescribing 3 of them (is part of his protocol), one evey 4 weeks.
he prescribed as well: vacuum device (Somacorrect), and stretcher device.
1 injection results: pain disappeared improvement curvature from 45' reduced to 40'
2 injection results: improvement from 40' curvature to 10' curvature
there was no need for the doctor to complete the protocol with the third injection, my sexual activity came back to normal.
DO NOT WAIT IF YOU HAVE PEYRONIE S DISEASE, CAN VE TREATED SUCCESFULLY IN THE ACUTE PHASE AVOIDING WORSENING.

Hi Matteo, I'm really pleased to hear you had a great improvement. Were you using the vacuum device and stretcher all through the xiapex treatment or did you have to stop for a day or two after each injection?
Great work Matteo! I'm really, really happy for you. Please don't disappear from the forum, keep us updated, let us know , for example:
1. how big was your plaque?
2: did you take any oral treatment?
3. which difficult did you face with ED?
4. were you totally out the acute phase?

i stopped just the one day after the injection and then started again.
Now Dr.Raheem told me to carry on with the vacuum and stop with the stretcher.
I will keep you update.
1. my plaque is still present on the shaft of my penis, diameter of around 0.4 cm
2. cialis 2.5 mg, tried before the xiapex injection Gotu kola and arginine but with no result.
3. yes, i had ED during my acute phase, the pain was to strong and i could not keep the erection.
4. when i started Xiapex injection i was entirely in acute phase.

no problem, still the plaque does not bother if is not bringing issues! Dr. Raheem told me that, he destroyed it with a technique by multiple needle penetration during xiapex injection.
I'm Italian as well. I think if we voted we could switch this forum official language to Italian. Or probably this is where all of the Italian flags gathered since we didn't qualify for the world cup...

Did you have a dent? I can FEEL the F^@$!ng band of scar exactly where my dick cannot expand and it drives me insane because I know if that went away/ softened I would be cured...

yes, i still have a bit, but with the vacuum is going away! now is almost invisible. Cured you are when your sexual intercourse does not have any problem, and you curvature is gone.

Hi Matteo, congrats for your progress, and thanks a lot for sharing this with us !
So, injections of Xiaflex actually can be done in the acute stage and kill the pain... This is very valuable to me!
And did Dr Raheem warned you about any possible side effects of Xiaflex ?
Anyway, keep us informed of your further progress :-) !
PS : I'm franco-italian so please don't make jokes about the world cup, half of my heart is crying everyday since it began (and Italy's soccer failures are proven to cause more Peyronie in Italian people, so don't be cruel)

yes 10 minutes total, for five times from flaccid to full erection keeping it for 2 minute once you achieve maximum erection
