my curvature is about 70' percent to left side and it is a real challenge for having good sex. my girlfriend.. WELL.. I could tell she is having pain from my penis entering her body.. this is really sad...

If so 20 degrees off of that is not a big bend.

I have to agree. My girlfriend tells me that I am hitting spots that no one has ever before and she loves it. I have a 30-35 degree upward curve and I am learning how to use it to my advantage.

I agree. In my case it curves mostly left but also upward like a cork screw and it looks like that hard or soft. Sex is not always easy or even all that pleasurable. None the less it's better than no sex at all. I feel real bad for those who have it even worse than I do.
You can turn your body to compensate, it does help a little.
Itamar, I have a left curve too, but only 40 degrees. Use a lot of lubricant to make entry easier for you both and have your lady put a pillow under her behind, a trick I learned from this forum. It helps you get a better angle of attack.

i have peyronies for the last four months ....
had a dorsal curvature of 60°. my size which when straight was 12 cm is now 10.50 cm ..
the curve starts after 5 cm from the base .. when erected it has sewer pain when i push against force ..
the last part also has lose erection ....
i have not done intercourse and am afraid this can cause further injury ... (i am on oral supplements ).
so when it is erected i just put my hand in front and apply just some force .. it has sewer pain and afraid it may break ..
pls guide as i will join my wife after a foreign trip of 4 months and need to get some advice ...

Why you are doing that? You have Peyronies and you have to avoid any unnecessary pressure on your penis.
When you will get back to your wife, just slowly slowly and take care that have a lot of lubrication, natural or not.

When I have an erection that I don't intend to use, I just ignore it. (Okay, sometimes I stare at it for a while, trying to figure out how it got so bent, and whether it is getting better or worse.)
I certainly don't push on it, though.

i just do it very politely to see if i am capable of doing it when the D day comes ;).
however it makes me more depressed.. i am on oral suppliments and still not started any traction/VED as cannot arrange it where i am .. i may start it may b after 2 months.
as for positions, i have noted .. lying on my side and slipping in between the legs is always what we use to do as this way we have better contact of each other and i can max utilize my small size ..
will use same position wd now a 60° d curve .
