I am now a complete impotent and I start to move away from the senses. Yesterday I took Sildenafil 100 mg and could not have sex. I want to have a shadow of hope, but I'm afraid I have no chance of improvement. Probably too late to go to the urologist. Did any of you have a similar situation and his situation improved? I would like to believe that VED, the right medication and persistence are able to change something. I am after a second steroid injection and it is only worse. I will add that at least 8 months I have no morning erections. I have an hourglass (penis constriction - old change, fibrosis, and two new pain on the penis top half of the penis). Has anyone of you been in such a difficult situation? Have you managed to improve your erections? What helped? Thank you in advance for your help.

Have you tried shockwave therapy and PRP? A lot of men get cured of their impotence with these treatments.

PRP and shockwave do not help almost anyone, in my opinion for ED it's not worth doing, only maybe shockwave if your problem is from arterial origin, in other case it is to lose money
