Hello,

I'm new to this forum. Has anyone of you tried the powerful HDAC inhibitor Vorinostat to clear penile fibrosis by normalizing the HDAC/TGF-β pathway?

A person weighing 80 kg should take 200 mg Vorinostat for at least 14 days and preferably 30 days.

I see that they are injections, injections on my penis tend to cause more problems.

No, Vorinostat was given orally.

The study is on rats, I wonder if is been tested on men with penis fibrosis.
