Title: Dietary Do and Don'ts

Perhaps I have overlooked where in the forum this information may be found. If so, maybe someone could point me in the right direction. Or,.....

What are the dietary do and don'ts? I just read sugar is bad, caffiene not good because it is a stimulate....?

csus7- There are a couple of threads found under the Alternative Treatments section on the home page. You will find, as you search through the site, that there are many different opinions on what to eat or not eat. Some say one thing causes inflammation others do not. One thing you will find in common here and with any disease is a diet high in fruits and vegetables is the way to go.Regards Inkhorn
