Title: Young man with peyronie
Post by: Nolte94 on January 22, 2021, 02:17:19 AM
Hello there,
I'm 26 years old, from Germany and have noticed a 45° curvature to the left right under the glans in August 2020.
I can't say, what caused the 4 plaques in my penis. I would say, I live healthy. I eat much vegetables, fruits and not much sugar. I do 3 times a week sports and have an office job. No other diseases known. Hopefully only one plaque causes a curvature (under the glans). The three other plaques in shaft are touchable, but no curvature yet.

First urologist experience:

I visited in September the first urologist. He said, I was his youngest patient with peyronie. He described me Potaba to take for a month and then he will see, what to do next...maybe surgery, if I need to correct the curve to have sex again. After this, I was mentally down. Sad and shocked. I don't smoke, no alcohol, not much sugar and fat, doing sports and have no other diseases.

Sex:

Sex is possible with this curve, but not very comfortable. My girlfriend supports me and she doesn't find the curvature bad. After one month with Potaba: no improvements in pain, plaque size or curvature.

Starting treatment:

In December I visited the 4th urologist. The first urologist, who has strengthen me mentally. He denies Potaba and doesn't recommend surgery yet. He recommended to treat peyronie instead with a traction device (PeniMaster Pro) and Tadalafil 5 mg daily. The progression of the disease has to be stopped and the curvature and the pain have to be improved. Acetyl-Carnitine and L-Arginine can support this treatment and are cheap to buy.

Improvements:

Curvature improved; ~35° to the left
Errection quality
Pain
Size of the plaque unter the glans

Sounds like the 4th urologist actually knew the latest on Peyronie's treatment.

I would add daily VED and start to look into DMSO. Check out the DMSO+X thread on the "Alternative Treatments" section. Otherwise i think you have traction nailed down.

Best.

Hey Nolte94? have you checked the peyronies survival guide? Have you also read the Levine papers on the most up to date treatments?

I notice Pfract did not include the link to the guide so here it is. https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

Yes, I've already read the survival guide. Thanks for your support guys!
I think, I"m on a good way with traction, the recommended supplements and Tadalafil. A diet is not required, because I live healthy (food and sport).
I'll keep you updated.
