Hey everyone, I'm new here and looking for some advice.
A week ago after masturbating, I noticed that one side of my penis seems "deflated". Its softer than before, and doesn't fill up completely anymore. I had some mild pain for a few days that went away, and I also noticed new blood vessels have formed. I'm really worried that I caused permanent damage. My erections are weaker now, and my girth and length have noticeably reduced. Does this sound like early peyronies? Can these issues heal?
If girth and length reduced, it certainly could be.
Be sure to read the survival guide and take objective measurements so you can track any changes.

What type of pain, where?
Could be you inflamed the tissue with your grip.
Did you bent it?
It is also strange that you would say that new blood vessels have formed. Where? How do you know? capillaries or large veins?

Its a mild stinging pain on the same side that I'm having issues with. I never bent it or anything like that. Its very strange. Any ideas?

I just noticed several vessels (veins?) I didn't see before, and one large one that goes from the base and wraps around to the top. I'm hoping this means that things are healing but I'm worried because I still haven't seem any improvement.
It's normal to see veins on the penis. But if they're explicitly different to before it's good to note to doctors etc.

Could be inflamed for a lot of reasons.. Too hard of a grip. In that case it would make sense for it to not fill up properly as the structures wouldn't work properly.
But hard to say if this lead to a bigger problem.. Surely be careful for now. No hard touching. Be healthy.
Hey guys, an update on my problem. I am still experiencing the same issue, slightly worse now. I have loss of girth, hourglass deformity, loss of firmness and a dent on the right side near the head. My erections are weak. I really dont know what to do and this is starting to ruin me mentally... i have an appointment with a urologist soon, but has anyone had similar symptoms? Did they get better? Any input would be much appreciated
We know so very little about you.
What is your age?
Are you in a stable relationship?
What have you tried for ED and Peyronies Disease?
