I was hoping someone could help me with a few bits on confused about on the VED 3 cylinder protocol.
Stage 1 says to pump your penis the 20% for 10 seconds over 5 minutes. How many sets of time should I pump it up over that 5 minutes? And the same for the following 30/50% stages?
So 3 stages at 10 cycles each, so 30 total cycles
Here's what I do when using the B cylinder:
Pump 3 times. Hold 10 seconds. Release. Wait 10 seconds. Repeat 10x.
Then the same again, but with 5 pumps (3 pumps, wait 10 seconds, 2 pumps).
Then the same again, but with 7 pumps (3 pumps, wait 10 seconds, 2 pumps, wait 10 seconds, 2 pumps).
Hope this makes sense.
I do a similar.
Pump 5 times. Hold 5 seconds. Release. Wait 5 seconds, Repeat 5x (for the first five "rounds" to warm up)
Pump 5 times. Hold 5 seconds. Pump 1 more time each time. Hold 10. Release.
Repeat increasing the second number of pumps by 1 each time until I reach a maximum of 10 to 12 depending on how things feel ( Pump 5, Hold 5, Pump 5, Hold 5, Pump 2, Hold 10, Release).
I do 20 rounds in total.
Feels like it gives things time to warm up and stretch slowly for the first 10 rounds, then acheive proper stretches for the remaining 10 rounds.
