Title: Gym suplements
Post by: dontgiveup2021 on August 22, 2021, 02:00:21 PM
Hi. I want to start suplementing for my gym routine. I am thinking about some vitamins, Whey protein and maybe even creatine.
Are those bad? I am thinking especially about creatine ( which is related to your kidneys) and the protein. What about gainers ( powder that has protein+ carbs) :? Are they too bad for Peyronie? I am a thin guy so i am considering even gainers but i know about them that they have high carbs and even sugar, which might be bad for penis . I want opinions, if it comes from somebody who is lifting and uses them, the more welcome the advice will be

I use a protein drink called Orgain.  I don't use creatine since I have had kidney issues in the past.  I also supplement with L-glutamine.  You don't want to create an environment of inflammation in your body. Exercise is good for you and your body just don't overdue it.

I bought a supplement but I could feel that my penis didn't like all that processed junk. I threw it all out. Everyone is different of course but listen to your body. Be careful with inflammation.

There are so many useful links to diets in this thread. Thank you all guys! But what if I can't gain muscle?

Yes! You can limit your carbohydrate intake to gain muscle mass. Many guys who work out consume more protein than other macronutrients. A ketogenic diet helps dry your body faster and gain weight. I think it would also be helpful to think about sarms like those that affect your endurance. When I started going to the gym, I couldn't gain weight even though I was thin. So I passed the tests and discovered low testosterone. My doctor prescribed light pills, but they didn't help. And I started buying experimental liquids with arimistane from https://behemothlabz.com/product/arimistane-liquid (https://behemothlabz.com/product/arimistane-liquid). And with arimistane I created the body of my dreams.

Coming from someone who is certified as a personal trainer and has studied nutrition most of their life, gym supplements won't do much for your actual gains in the gym. If you want to see results it's going to come down to eating the right foods and training your ass off in the gym-consistently. As far as how it affects pyronies, with the exception of arginine-none of them will help. They won't help or hurt.

My best recommendation is to do something like keto, eat enough food so that you keep your weight on. If you need a boost before the gym drink coffee or green tea.

For your pyronies, I'd take tadalafil and pentox for sure if you're not already.

Also, stay away from weight gainers. They are terrible for you.
