Title: Help... It seems I injured myself
Post by: picgg on January 09, 2019, 03:46:33 AM
Hi,

I tried Quick Extender Pro last Friday, I had Hourglassing in the middle of penis. While using the extender; I noticed the hourglassing color turned to Red, and I removed the extender.... I used it for about 15 Minutes....

Since Saturday I have a pain along the shaft sides until behined the Testicals (The ball bag).... and my erections are softer although I am using Cialis ( I am not sure if it is Pshycogenic due to pain)...

Did I cause another injury? What should I do? I feel I am going to lose my mid soon!!!

Well.. did you apply too much force on the noose? Or is it tension band? Well, if you have no hematoma or bruising it might be just pain. If you want.... Avoid masturbation and let your penis alone for 2/3 weeks and see how it goes.

It seems I over stretched my penis by using more length.

I have no visible hematoma or bruise but i have constant pain and weak erections

It has been two weeks since I injured myself by over extending my penis with penis extender.

I am almost completely impotent now! I am using cialis 5mg everyday for the last two weeks, and I can barely achieve soft erection with more hourglassing in the middle of the shaft. The traction was supposed to cure the hourglassing; in my case it made it worse and left me impotent!!

I am Physiologically  destroyed, and thinking about suicide every minute.

I lost the hope to be functional again, I don't know what to do!!

I think this is why xiaflex doesn't recommend traction devices. Safer to just do hand modeling. No that you used xiaflex. Traction may work or it may leave you injured. Especially if done incorrectly. Easy to do that. Give it a lot of time picgg. Hopefully it will heal up soon

If you injure your penis, do not try to get an erection or watch porn. Let your penis rest and go to either the ER (if severe) or see a specialist.
When I say rest, I mean a week or more of zero checking it, zero touching it. I really hope you're okay, just be patient and you will come back. There are things that can help you improve and get back to where you want to be.

When I first tried traction my penis did kind of retaliate against me and the bend appeared a bit worse. Then I persisted, and it got better, day by day, year by year. The problem with this kind of personal anecdote is it may cause someone to destroy their penis, but not because it is BAD advice per se. This is simply the nature of the problem we are all dealing with. Traction is shown to be beneficial, very much so, as is VED, but everyone's case is different. It's very hard for me to recommend anything, since a certain % of people will hurt themselves no matter what they do or for various reasons. At the same time, I strongly recommend traction more than anything along with an anti-inflammatory diet and VED before drugs and surgery.

Keep us updated please.

It has been four weeks now... Still it is very bad.

I am unable to have sex for the last four weeks... my erection is very weak even with Cialis.

I have almost 2/3 of penis as an hourglass, and I have a pain from inside the testicals to the head of penis

If you have no popping or bleeding you probably just strained something. May take a long time to heal. I wouldnt do traction anymore or take cialis.  See a doctor and let it rest
