Hello, I am a 40yr old male, that has been dealing with peyronies for the past 13months. Has been hard to deal with mentally. Almost depression like. Currently using a pump but stopped after getting discouraged. I have the option of getting injections ( xiaflex or verapamil). Wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these and if so ur experience good or bad.
Xiaflex is only FDA approved treatment, showing better outcomes than verapramil. If you do it, consider adding traction to maximize any gains.
What is traction?

Thank you. I will take a look at them

Xiaflex seems to be hit and miss on the individual. I will tell you my experience hasn't been great, but others have had good to decent results
Its so difficult to figure out which is the correct steps to take
At 13 mos if def give xiaflex a try. How severe is your curveature?
My curvature is about 75% angle when erect
