Can anyone tell me if there's a larger tube than the one that comes with the Response II? I can just barely get inside of it... TIA

Larger girth. I'm about 6" around and the base of the tube is really tight.

Hi JohnR, you need the XL tube, this will give you 7.8 inch girth, it will fit your unit.
