Is prominent collagen deposition in penile cavernosal tissues = peyronies?
Can changes in intracavernosal pressure also lead to peyronies?
Yes to the first question from what I understand. Not sure about the second.
The pressure I don't believe but the heat does. The penis is subject to temperature change, and this can change the collagen.
Heat can lead to increase collagen in the penis?
Can 'prominent collagen deposition' simply be too much 'normal collagen' as opposed to scar tissue collagen?
At least one study indicated heat lessened the plaque.
well I'm living in tropics with my junk in the hot sun daily. No change.
Can you send a link to the study? heat = infrared light. IR from sunlight is regenerative.
