Hey guys, so my situation is as follows.
I have two plaques in the middle of the shaft that create dents and slight hourglassing.
I've noticed that in the flaccid state, my penis doesnt engorge with blood near the glands like the area above the plaque. This creates a pyramid or triangle effect if you will.
When getting an erection, the base of my penis fills first, then once the blood pressure is high enough, blood travels past the "dents" to form an hourglass shape, then finally, the hourglass fills to a normal erection with slight dents.
I dont have any problem getting or keeping an erection for sex, and they can be rock hard (luckily).
If i had corporal fibrosis, could you still get rock hard erections?
Sure it is possible. Corporal fibrosis does not always interfere with the mechanism to achieve and maintain an erection.
