I finished my 3rd round of shots 2 weeks ago. This round was by far the worst. The swelling and discoloration this time was terrible. My penis was so unpleasant to look at, like a rotting carcass or something. And I felt sharp pain at the injection spots for several days afterward. The swelling was also very tender. I had a hard time sleeping so many nights and woke up with painful nocturnal erections.
The discoloration has gone away, as has most of the swelling. But there is one really stubborn bulge that just wont go away. It's this big ugly bulge out the right side of it. The penis looks mostly normal otherwise. The tenderness and pain have mostly subsided and now it just feels like a weird bubble.
Anyone experience anything like this? Will it go away? Is it anything to be concerned about? It definitely makes modeling more difficult.

No. It's still there. If it's healing, it's healing very slowly. If there's any good news, the pain and tenderness have gone away.
Have you seen any improvements in general with xiaflex ? Curve/indentation improvements?
I had severe swelling and discoloration. It usually happened after the second round for me of the two series of shots. It usually reduced pretty well after about 48 hours. But I have noticed my penis has a purplish color even after a few weeks out from any injections. And sometimes I do get swelling that lasts a bit longer. But are you seeing this for days or weeks now?
Ok. i can now confidently say the swelling is going down, albeit slowly. I was worried because I haven't experienced swelling for this long of a duration before.
You dint mention how much improvement you saw after 3 rounds.... what was your starting curve angle and what is it now ?

I'm going to wait a little while longer before reporting on my round 3 results because I need to do some more modeling. But my uro did tell me the plaques have broken up a good bit.
Did your swelling resolve ? Also, improvements if any ?
The best things for swelling for me were pynogenol (pine bark extract) and fasting. Hope it gets better. My swelling took nearly two years to heal.
Neov, he's talking about post xiaflex swelling. Is your swelling from xiaflex ?
