Title: Safest VED Device?
Post by: orriw on January 04, 2023, 10:42:03 AM
Which of the devices is considered the safest, most gentle one?

I have a very sensitive penis with pain and want to avoid by 1000000% making my pain worse by injuring myself.

I am not one to talk about VED''s in certain facts as I've never owned one myself but based on various different forums it seems the Osbon Erecaid Esteem seems a good choice. Also the SomaCorrect.

But just do keep in mind regardless of how good quality the punp is the risk of injury is always there unless you use it 100% correctly.

Both are very good but remember to follow the protocol here for safe usage.

The soma does not have a pressure gauge which is very concerning. I personally don't like the soma. Parts of mine broke with cheap plastic parts and there is no gauge.

Be very careful pumping your penis!!!

My VED device is basically a LUV cylinder with a handheld cylinder with a pressure gauge on it for precise information as to how much pressure is being used.

The difference in VED prices and models is far more one of quality and durability rather than one being safer than another.  A vacuum is a vacuum, and that is the mechanism of action that works on the penis.  The tube's size, shape, and durability don't change the vacuum exerted.

The key is that the user uses caution in both intensity and duration in applying vacuum.  That means that automatic battery-operated models are out.  They do not give you gradual, precise control.

Also, if you are using a VED to correct deformity from Peyronies Disease, you are on the wrong VED board.  This board is for VED use specifically for ED in order to have intercourse.  There is a VED forum in the Peyronies Disease section of the forum.  When using a VED for Peyronies Disease treatment, NEVER use a constriction band.

I'm wondering about this as well, I have a plaque on my base around where the seal of the pump would be and I'm not sure that it would even be beneficial.
