Title: Any tips for getting rock hard?

Taking cialis and pump but curious if anyone did anything to get solid hard again?

It feels like when i touch the base of my shaft in the pubic area like its not even connected to my penis/shaft haha... like the cialis is just pumping it in but my dicks just broke...

still hopeful though... bare in mind i been eating not great either as im on holiday

Are you on the maximum dose? 20mg for cialis or 100mg for viagra. If those don't work then your best bed is to move on to injectables. Failing that IPP.

look into pelvic floor exercises/kegels. they can really help with erection strength. beware of overdoing it though, as that will just cause you some pelvic floor dysfunction and various other issues

No only taking 2.5mg of cialis, if I take 5mg im very hard. I'm just wondering if theres advice on how to get hard without any of it really! :)

Abstain for awhile, sleep, exercise, healthy testosterone promoting diet, etc.

I think upping dosage can be very helpful, for me I wasn't getting any results until I upped the dosage to 20mg for Tadafil which was suggested above. In terms of a Natural Remedy or ways in what you seem to be looking for. I think things that can help is Diet, eating the right things that will naturally boost testosterone. Exercise getting the right amount of sleep . But you might want to go to the doctor to confirm if its not anything medical as well, you haven't give any details over if it is diagnosed. If it isn't physical it might also help you to relax properly as it might be psychological
