Title: Is there somewhere that shows what all the supplements are supposed to do?
Post by: thegreycat on October 09, 2022, 12:39:28 PM
I take:

Vit E - 500IU twice daily (morning and night)
L Arginine - 1000mg three times daily (morning, lunch and night)
CoQ10 - 300mg once daily (morning)
Acetyl L Carnitine - 1000mg three times daily
L Citrulline - 3000mg three times daily

Just wondering if theres any modification to the combinations I need to think about?

Cheers

Most of the supplements that a lot of us take and have taken are aimed at the idea that they reduce/prevent inflammation. If you search each one on the net you can see what some of claims are. L Arginine for example is supposed to help with the nitric oxide pathway which ultimately helps our penis with erections and inflammation. Some members claim that these supplements do help them, but it is up to the individual to do their own test. Also search the forum and you will find more information.
