one has to ask is another 3/8 of an inch worth wearing your device out years earlier. I guess if your dick was only 3/8" and you could double it the answer is yes but if you have an 8" penis and add 3/8" who will even notice.
Again, I doubt anyone in a committed long term relationship cares since at most it is a visual presentation thing. No partner could feel the difference. NOW 3/8" increase in girth might be another matter entirely.
