Hello. I see a more posts advocating Pentox instead of Colchicine. I am wondering which of the following helps best avoiding fibrosis formation in the very next couple of weeks/months after a penile trauma after sex? Pentox or Colchicine? Or, both can be combined?

Look at Dr. Trosts website. It looks like pentox at least has more evidence than colchicine.
