Title: Which would you prefer
Post by: richie2222 on January 12, 2023, 03:40:31 PM
Which oral supplement (in addition to the cialis & pentox I'm taking now) would possibly help more

Co Q 10 or Acetyl L Carnitine  and why do you think that?  Thank you

Probably CoQ10. Based on my own experience. Acetyl L carnitine will do nothing. Coq10 at least felt like it promoted better blood flow. I didn't take any of them in the long run as it just felt like a waste of money.

Best oral supplement outside of the daily cialis is probably L-Citrulline.

Pine bark extract is also very good. Powerful antioxidant and promotes better bloodflow.

Richie,

I would recommend "MitoQ" I believe it is the most bioavailable form of Coq10 and in one study reversed the age of peoples blood cells by 10-15 years. It's kind of expensive though I plan on getting some soon because I don't know if regular Coq10 is working or not. https://www.colorado.edu/today/2018/04/19/novel-antioxidant-makes-old-blood-vessels-seem-young-again

Also, L-arginine is a good one to take 5-10 grams Dr. Levine has had success with this pentox and viagra. It's the PAV cocktail that Hawk mentions in the Peyroines survival guide.

One other one similar to the Mitoq is Nicotamide riboside. Zero evidence on NR for Peyronies Disease but basically increases ATP in a different way then MitoQ and ATP is the energy currency of cells and if increasing ATP with coq10 helps I would imagine NR does as well.

DMD is also characterized by increased PARP activity, fibrosis,
and muscular degeneration. NR was found to improve muscular function and heart pathology
in mdx mice models of DMD and decrease PARylation, inflammation, and fibrosis [112].

Also, keep an eye out for signs of renal decline with Pentox and with MitoQ. Is unlikely but something to be aware of.
