Title: Luvox anti-TNF?
Post by: samsung on June 22, 2019, 01:23:22 PM
Google it. Not a suggestion to take luvox (middle-generation SSRI anti-depressant) by any means. Those things should be researched exhaustively. I have been through the ringer with drugs. My own personal opinion is that most all drugs are poison. But just wanted to mention in context of peyronie's that fluvoxamine has anti inflammatory effects. Not sure if comparable to Pentox or whatever. I'm not a chemist. Just thought it was interesting. I am of the opinion that a large number of diseases, including depression are caused by your immune system being a traitor.

isn't serotonin pro-fibrotic? i believe SSRI's will make more serotonin be available, which may not be good for us...

(please tell me i am mistaken)

Jesus Christ. I can't win. Up is down. Something either is or isn't. Why are there precisely zero correct answers with this disease?

There are much better, safer,  ways to get the anti inflammatory effect you are interested in .

REad about Tumeric, Cucumin, ginger, low sugar diet and more.  Topically try Penetrex which is available over the counter at many drug stores.  Some like Absorbine Jr.  Also try the essential oil of German Chamomile.  Use just one drop topically. you can put it in a carrier oil like grape seed or another oil of your choice.
