I am on pentox for quite a time, and using VED for 9 months or so. I like to believe that they are helping my condition, but i'm not really sure on that. Maybe it would be worse but these two helped on stabilizing it? I'll never be sure on that tho.
Anyway, I am planning to add Coq10 and traction to my treatment, once a find somewhere to buy coq10 for a reasonable price in Brazil...
About the traction, i have some question regarding it, sorry if they were already answered somewhere.
What is the best, cost-benefit option available? I've been reading forums, and that new "vacuum" kind of traction got my attention... is it too much expensive? Is it possible to buy something like that outside usa (im trying to avoid being taxed)? Brand names would be optimal.
I've read that to get real benefits from it, you have to use it like 8 hours per day. That would be problematic for me, so i am wondering, can you use it while sleeping?
I may post more questions in the near future.

I will definitely add CoQ10 if you are younger than 40, Ubiquinol (much more expensive) if older.
Regarding traction you are right, the subject was discussed many times on this board and have many opinions in the subject.

Flac, check out this website, it may give you some options. The prices are not too bad.

One question I have is whether one can wear one of these things while sleeping?
It seems like that would be an easy way to get in the hours - I must be missing something.

It is forbidden to sleep with the traction device on your penis.

The actual guideline is to not wear any traction device more than 2 hours at a time. Once you take a 15 minute break and restore blood flow then you can start another 2 hour session. So if you plan to wear it at night you need to set an alarm every 2 hours. Doesn't make for a very good sleep pattern for me.
