allowing that one is careful with their treatment, is it okay to do restorex and VED treatments concurrently?

You need to give us more information regarding your case. This is a peyroneis forum and we are here to help you.

Yes there are many of us here that do the VED treatment and traction therapy
simultaneously. If you suspect that you have peyroneis you need to get it diagnosed from a peyronies Dr if that is possible. Then you can go forward with
some form of treatment. Also you need to get some preliminary measurements of your penis to keep a record of any deformities causing shrinking/loss of length , etc...
