Title: peyronie's with hard flaccid, will masturbating gently make it worse?
Post by: hopingtoheal1day on February 25, 2024, 07:09:35 AM
I have lots of flaccid pain, lost length and girth, curved when semi-erect, but straight fully erect, and hard flaccid syndrome. Need cialis daily. I have only masturbated 3 times in the last 9 months, and penis gets sore after. I also notice after I masturbate, my orgasm the next time I have sex seems less pleasurable, but not 100% sure about that.

Anybody else have similar problem?
Should I gently masturbate or avoid forever?

So have you been formally diagnosed and when? Have you tried heat therapy to relieve pain and promote healing? Have you investigated traction or VED therapy? The Cialis will promote healing and erections.

Sex in any form is pleasurable and an orgasm provides a cascade of feel good chemicals. Anxiety will also affect this process. I would say that masturbation should be approached with gentleness and a lot of lubrication. A firm erection is best. So how long after you masturbate does it feel less pleasurable? There is a refractory time that is different for everyone. It gets longer the older you get but there are the exceptions out there. Hopefully others will chime in and provide there opinion.

I don't know about your particular situation but if masturbation causes you pain or makes your condition any worse then stop for sometime and see if it helps.

I also had many symptoms of hard flacid and tight pelvic floor and yoga stretches helped me a ton! Maybe you should try it and avoid kegel exercises because they can worsen a tight pelvic floor.
