I bought it new in February 2022, with the goal of lengthening not Peyronie's. I was able to gain about 1/4 of an inch, but it wasn't permanent. Honestly, did not find it that uncomfortable as some here have talked about (I mean, it didn't feel good, but it wasn't painful). In any case, I am traveling too much now and don't have the time to use it anymore.
