Title: PeniMaster Pro - how do you know when pulling force is correct
Post by: MarkDS on September 26, 2022, 03:23:46 AM
I've been using the PMP for around 6 weeks, but have been experiencing some pain following usage.

Im worries that I might be causing more damage, so just wondered how you know if the pulling force is correct, as there is no gauge like on another device I have tried previously.

Thanks

If you look at the diagram you will see the lines where the tension is. The number 1 for starting and so on.

Ah, ok.  I think one of the issue is that the pressure is every different when standing and sitting.  Sitting down the tension is so much more.  I wonder if there is something better when sitting at a desk for hours on end?

I use a traction force of approx. 460 - 690 g (see instructions p. 51). For me, a stronger stretch results in pain :(
