Can someone please explain how to use the makeup pads on the clamp. Are you sticking them on with double-sided tape? Are you somehow cutting the pads so they are thinner? They seem reasonably thick to the point where the penis could slip out or less traction would be applied.
Also, are you guys clamping strictly the head of the penis or inbetween the head and the shaft?
If any of you have seen improvements and would like to share it would be very encouraging.

JJ, I am only using the makeup pad on the uppermost layer of the clamp and on the lower using sponge cloth in a strip from clamp over the fulcrum and down to the ring at base.
This cloth enables the easy slide of my penis along and over when I transition from stretch to the full 12 nog bend.
The upper pad is free and Ian able to align the edge or rim of my knob or meatus precisely along the lower edge of the clamp - where is the raised ridge.
