Hi. The clamp snaps open every time I try to bend the Restorex. Seems ok in the straight 180 degree position. I have got in touch with the manufacturer who sent me a replacement part which sits against the the clamp teeth. However this only lasted 6 months before the same thing happened again. Any hacks to make the clamp work?
I hope they will replace it again.
Thanks but I don't live in the States so they wouldn't send me the 2 little plastic pieces directly. I had to reship it at a cost of $40. Can't afford to keep doing that. Will look at some way of keeping the clamp closed.
