I've been taking Pentox (400mg three times daily) for 11 months now and am curious about how long other guys take it for. I finished my first round of Xiaflex two weeks ago and should be finished with my cycles by the end of the year. I was thinking of taking Pentox until at least then for maximum effect.

Did you ask your doctor about pentox and xiaflex together? Otherwise, I'd go as long as possible though many people on these boards have said > 8 months for results. The longest I have been able to take it (due to availability) was about 10 months and the effects appeared to last for awhile after that.
I was taking 3*400 mg per day for 18 months, had to stop because I started to have severe flue every 6 weeks or so.
Pentox weakening the immune system, so be aware of it.

As long as you can. Combine it with viagra or cialis for a more potent effect.
What dosage are guys using for "low dose" viagra and cialis, also does time of day matter?

Cialis: 2.5 mg if you don't have ED, 5 mg if you have ED also. Cutting the 10 or 20 mg in 4 to save money.
Viagra: 12.5 mg if you don't have ED, 25 mg if you have ED also. Cutting the 50 or 100 mg in 4.
The research is talking about Cialis, not Viagra. Myself using Viagra as replacement for Cialis if I run of of stock
Better to take before bad in my opinion as bot can make you dizzy and other side effects.
For intercourse I am taking 50 or 100 mg Viagra, Cialis don't help me.
