I'm been reading about Dr Paulo Egydio and seems that his implants are the best in the world, but I need reviews from real customers
Someone from Canada posted a surgery with him some time ago here. All his recovery process, prices, etc. He was satisfied. I even commented on the topic but I just cannot find it now. I'll keep looking.
Just type Egydio or Sao Paulo in the search bar and you'll see other people talking about him (I would disregard older posts, though). He seems to be a great surgeon, although an expensive one. He has a youtube channel that is constantly updated, so maybe also worth checking out.
@budluck; No one knows about his patients. He is not admitting patients younger than 45 years old. If you need only an implant, then go to EID or Kramer.

I'm 45, so I'm lucky. The more I read about him, the more impressed I am. But, after awful past experiences with Doctors and how the caused me the ED first and then the Peroynes after, and then how the lied, destroying my sexual life. I wonder how much is the implant with him?
Also, the problem with implant is that my girlfriend doesn't want me to do it, she said that is not natural

Hawk, you are right. I have a question for you, if someone does oral sex on the penis with an implant, how does it feels? Cold? extremely hard? Weird?

@Shrunken dick: Why should i believe your post, that has no proof to substantiate your claims? On the other hand, the user who went there and had surgery with him posted an amazing recovery diary, filled with pictures and detailed posts to encourage members here, so it's pretty clear who WE should believe.
Either give us proof of those nonsense claims you are making, or stop spreading misinformation and lies.
Shrunkedick, I went to youtube to watch videos of Paulo Egydio and they all are in Portuguese, this site is in English so I think maybe if I go to a Brazilian site, maybe we can find a lot of men with implants done by Dr Egydio.

I do speak Spanish and English, but not Portuguese. Paulo should put videos on YouTube with English or Spanish subtitles

If you don't believe it, just check this information. Call his clinic on WhatsApp. They weren't admitting young patients till the end of 2020, but I think they extended this period.
Well, as far as I know, Paulo Egydio is a surgeon with a high volume of surgeries. He does a lot, so you are in good hands.
I've talked to his team. They told me Egydio is focusing on developing new techniques. I think this is the reason he's not admitting < 45yo patients. Generally, younger patients don't have the money to pay for the surgery (and don't like the idea of an implant), so he focuses on older patients. This way he can increase the volume of surgeries. This is MY THEORY.
A reconstructive surgery + an inflatable implant are very expensive. Medical insurance (in Brazil) just pays for the semi-rigid implant, although there are cases where the patient sued the insurance company and got the implant paid by them.

@tortao ; It's not just about the cost of the surgery. I found a paper that says the infection rate with reconstructive urology is around 21%. Most of the time, infections are under-reported. I wonder what Egydio's infection rate is.
