Title: How long to continue traction?
Post by: samsung on February 10, 2020, 07:58:37 AM
Been going at it for a loooong time now. Zero results. Should I pull harder? Should I try to pull it off?

How long should I do this? Why am I doing this? How many times should I bang my head against the wall?

Did it with penimaster for @ I think 4 months? Would have to go back and check. Then started xiaflex and switched to restorex. But the 2nd cycle caused so much pain I could not do for the whole 6 weeks. So in total I'm guessing I did restorex for 4.5 months. 2X per day. Every day without fail.

It helps with turtling most of the time. Other than that I see no improvement.

I know people do this for years or whatever. But how long is long enough?

4-6 hours per day penimaster. Arginine, lipoic acid, iodine, vit. K2. Plus 2x per day with DMSO, vit. E+verapamil.

This is not what I am asking though.

I am asking, how long does one continue at an activity before one considers it pointless?

I cannot imagine everyone on this forum clamps their penis in a device for the rest of their lives with no results for the sheer fun of it.

Oh sorry for not answering samsung. I read on some penis elargament forums that some guys didn't saw any results untils they hit like 1000-1500 hours of traction. I read too that some never gain any results... And yes dont do any ather methods then traction and ved ( medical građe) " yelikishing" i dont know how to spell that and all that shitss DONT DO THAT. I did not damage myselft that way doctor damaged me. I never thray that. Just wants to say that one doctor told me most patinets come with Peyronies Disease symptoms after they thray that " penis elargament methods " my oppinion will be- stick with medical grade devices and thray for at least 1500 hours in one year with strenght and cardio training ( cardio more important ) at least 3-4 Times a week .. but spartan cardio. Some supliments have 10x better effects if you combine them with cardio... For exemple l-citrulline and l-arginine. Because they can help with bloodflow and that stufs but nothink compared to real training. Sorry for my bad English .

I'd give it at least 12 months per restorex directions before throwing in the towel.

I think Restorex recommends 12 weeks, not months.

I understand a minimum of 12 weeks before seeing any success.  The longer, generally the better w traction.

I have a question I hope someone can help..  I had excision and grafting surgery on May 10 2019.. unfortunately I was battling what was called a serpent bend with multiple plaques. For the most part the surgery was successful, however since the operation I developed a ventral curve created by hourglassing mid shaft.  I've been using the restorex to try and correct this. So far no luck.. before I decide to have them re-operate I'm trying to find out that by stretching with an hourglass deformity am I weakening the shaft by stretching? And has anyone think the extra tunical with plication is worth looking into?

Are you sure you're feeling the pressure on the scar tissue? Make sure you're not pulling or doing traction on skin as that will make the treatment ineffective.

If you can feel the pressure directly on the scar tissue i'd try going to the furthest curve setting and upping the tension a bit. Just be careful not to do traction on healthy tissue either, you should feel it on the scar tissue.
