Title: VED then traction, or traction then VED?
Post by: 29mUK on July 21, 2014, 06:39:56 PM
Wasn't sure which room to post this in, as it concerns both VED and traction.

I've been using VED for a while now, & have just this week added a Phallosan Forté into the mix.

What I've noted - as I'm sure every traction user probably has - is that when I'm done stretching using my traction device, my penis is cooler than it would normally be. Bearing in mind this is (presumably) a circulation issue; I'm of the thinking that a little heat/massage & then some VED immediately after would be a good way of restoring circulation.

My question is this: - for those using both, when do use VED?
Immediately after traction?

Or is one after the other a bit intensive on the old member? Would one be wiser to split the two? i.e. if you wear the Phallosan overnight, use your VED device in the middle of the day?

I do traction (manually) before VED, seems to work quite well for me.

I always do traction first, then VED when doing both. Traction cuts off the blood flow and does weird things to the ligaments. So  a VED session right after pushes the blood flow and helps with length and girth. Regards Inkhorn
