so often times my penis gets super hard and flaccid and numb, and it gets super annoying throughout the day. often times i cant even sleep because its so numb. the only way to solve this problem is that i have to masturbate to force the blood into my penis. then i feel relaxed after i masturbate. is there any supplements that will help me? when i was on cialis i was feeling wonderful, but cialis is too expensive. can anyone reccomend me something else?

Acetyl very much helped that for me. Unfortunately it has some other disturbing side effects so for now I've quit but if it does not bother you, I highly recommend it. It made my dick floppy and visibly larger in flaccid state.
